# Manage Invoice Footers

On the following page click on **Search**, to check whether there exists any footer template to use and/or edit with the information that is needed.
In case there is any, it is possible to edit by clicking on the Name of the footer that is in the red box.
The following page will pop-up where you can edit with the right bank account data and the company information, for this example.
## Create a New Footer
In case there is no template, you can click on **New Legal Footer** and create a footer with your own design.
Once made the desired changes, you can set a specific **Name** to the footer. If you set **Default** as YES, this footer would appear in all invoices automatically. Also, remember to activate the footer(**Active?**), otherwise, it would not appear as an option.
Finally, press on the blue button **Save**. Your new Invoice Legal Jargon will appear after you press **Search**.
## Edit a Footer
On the following page click on **Search**, to check whether there exists any footer template to use and/or edit with the information that is needed.

## Set an Invoice Footer to a Specific Customer

Go to: Home/Customers/Customer Info/Manage Customers

On the bellow page, use the filters to find the client that you want to attach the invoice footer to, and press **Search**.
Hit the option with the name of the client in the red box.
A new page will appear. Go to the **INVOICING** section and in **Invoice Footer** select the footer that you want to attach to the client invoice. Finally, hit on **Save**.
## Set a Footer for Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (Ethiopian Farms)
It is possible to add a specific footer to the Packing List and Commercial Invoice for Ethiopian Farms by naming the footer as **CERTIFICATIONS**. This footer is aimed to customize and list all the certifications a farm can have.
Name the footer as CERTIFICATIONS
