# How to Setup - Scale

## Important Information

Unosof, just accept the station 4 configuration, with the keyboard catch method, this is mean:

* Unosof, already takes the weight from the keyboard, automatic or manual entry
* Unosof, not configure ports, or other hardware like USB converters, or COM ports from the computer used to weighing
* Unosof, not develpment any type of connections or configurations with ports thought the browser or from the Operative System (Windows or Similar)

This is the most used Scale in Farms

## Station 4 PC:

Same requeriments that for the Station 3 PC hardware, additional you need a RS232 port in the CPU, or a USB to RDS232 cable to connect the scale with the computer

You can use the same station 3 PC, if your conditions allow (space). Always is better use an own Station4 for WEIGTH

## Software Required:

The Farm need acquire the software: CAPTURADOR PESO SICS, available with the company sell the scale [ESPINOZA PAEZ](https://espinosapaez.com) with additional cost.

Need to be install from the Scale technician people, and ask for configure the CAPTURAR PESO with a KEY like F9

The PESO, should be take and test from a NOTEPAD, showing just the PESO in KG and with the period as decimal separator

Resuming:

* Install and configure the CAPTURADOR PESO
* Configure the weight to show only the weight in KG and with a decimal separator (period)
* Configure to catch the weight with a key like F9
* Configure the auto-enter at the end of the sending weight to automatic save in UNOSOF
* Test in a notepad if the key (F9) grab the weight and send the enter to the end&#x20;
