Incoterms
Este módulo gestiona la adición y edición de Incoterms dentro de UNOSOF.
Un Incoterm es una regla internacional que define las responsabilidades de los vendedores y compradores para el envío, el seguro.
Gestionar y Visualizar Incoterms
Esta es la página principal para crear, editar y visualizar Incoterms.
Ingrese a: Home / Clientes / Exportaciones / Maestro de Incoterms
En esta página usted puede visualizar los Incoterms existentes y sus configuraciones. Use la barra "search" para encontrar un Incoterm específico y fácil.
Nuevo Incoterm
Para crear un nuevo Incoterm, haga click en el botón "New Incoterm", ubicado en la esquina superior izquierda de la página.
Al hacer click en el botón, le llevará al formulario "Incoterm"
Aquí es en dónde debe ingresar la infromación del nuevo Incoterms. Por favor note las tablas para Incoterms y los precios d elas cajas. Deje vacío: Catalog Title, Catalog Headers, Catalog Disclaimer, Catalog Insert and Catalog Cover.
Incoterm: Complete la información subrayada.
Box Prices: Fill in the information.*Optional
Once all information has been entered, hit the save button to save the Incoterm.
Editing an Incoterm
To edit an Incoterm, click on any Incoterm Name (Highlighted in blue) from the Manage Incoterm Result Page.
This will also bring up the Incoterm form populated with the data of that Incoterm. You can edit any information and hit save to update the data.
Deleting an Incoterm
Because an Incoterm is tied to past exportations and order information, we do not allow the deletion of Incoterms.
You can change the Status of an Incoterm from Active to In-Active which removes it from select options in different parts of the site:
Select the Incoterms tab, and in the Status field select the In-Active option. Click Save to in-activate the Incoterm.
When searching in the Manage Incoterm result page, the in-activated Incoterm will be highlighted in red.
