Set Default Statements Message
Route: Accounting / Accounting Administration
Go to the Statements tab.
Insert the default message you want the customers' statement mail to have.
Make use of the formatting tool to customize your message.
Then, click on the SAVE button to save your message.
The default message is updated in 1. Mass Send Statements and in 2. the module Customer Account Overview
