Managing and Viewing Incoterms
This is the primary page for creating, editing and viewing Incoterms

From this page, you are able to visualize existing Incoterms and their settings. Use the search bar to find s specific Incoterm easier.
New Incoterm
To create a new Incoterm, click the New Incoterm Button in the upper left corner of the page.
Clicking this button brings up the Incoterm Form.
This is where the information of a new Incoterm can be entered. Please note the tabs for Incoterms and Box Prices.
Incoterm: Fill in the underlined information.
Once all information has been entered, hit the Save & Close button to save the Incoterm.
Editing an Incoterm
To edit an Incoterm, click on any Incoterm Name (Highlighted in blue) from the Manage Incoterm Result Page.
This will also bring up the Incoterm form populated with the data of that Incoterm. You can edit any information and hit save to update the data.
Deleting an Incoterm
Because an Incoterm is tied to past exportations and order information, we do not allow the deletion of Incoterms.
You can change the Status of an Incoterm from Active to In-Active which removes it from select options in different parts of the site:
Select the INCOTERMS tab, and in the Active field select the NO option. Click Save & Close to in-activate the Incoterm.
When searching in the Manage Incoterm result page, the name of the in-activated Incoterm will be in color gray, while the active ones will be in green.
