View Inventory Packing List
This section explains how to visualize the barcodes of each bunch generated in station 2.
In case you have master apps, please, go to the farm-level apps where bunches are generated.

This page should be used with responsibility as some of the options reports show detailed information of all barcodes generated per bunch in station 2. Farms generate many hundreds of bunch barcodes daily and running large search ranges may generate slowness in the system due to the massive data it has to present.
Thus, it is important to give permission to this module considering the previous statements. Check the following link to learn about permissions:Giving or Deny Specific Permissions
In the following sections, we explain some of the most important reports from the drop-down menu:
View Inventory Items vs View Inventory Items Detail
The options of the reports View Inventory Items vs View Inventory Items Detail present similar data on the bunch barcodes generated.
To generate the reports, click on the green SEARCH Button.
WARNING: Use as many filters as you can to find any specific bunch or group of bunches in station 2 to avoid slowness and get quick reports.
The difference is that the option View Inventory Items Detail shows more detailed information that can be seen in the following images.

Meaning of the Color
White: it indicates that it is still in the available cold room.
Green: it means that it has already been scanned into a box.
Red: it has been exited from inventory for any reason.
Yellow(for Farms with transfers): it tells us that the bunches are in-transit from one farm to another.
VIEW INVENTORY TOTALS
This report resumes the processed production by variety, product, number of total stems and bunches.
This report can support larger search ranges compared to the reports View Inventory Items and View Inventory Items Detail.
VIEW AGED INVENTORY
This reports helps to identify aged bunches that are still in the cold room and need to be exited from inventory. Bunches that have exceeded their life span.
Column MAX DAY INVENTORY show the life spam of the product and the column DAYS IN INVENTORY is the number of days that the bunch is inside the cold room.
SHIPPING PERFORMANCE SECTION
This section comprehends reports that provides information on the performance of the box packing station.
Each report display different data and visualization. Check the following images for each report.
