Manage Employees

This module explains how to create employees

Go to: Home / Accounting / Workforce Management / Manage employees

Within the Employee Master page, click on the New Employee button located on the top right side.

Fill out the form that appears with the information of the employee you are creating.

Employee Name: Name of the employee.

Identity card: ID number.

Employee ID: Internal number of the employee.

Cutter ID: Cutter number, if applicable.

ID Classifier: Classifier number, if applicable.

Department: Assign a work department to which the employee belongs.

Post Harvest Receiver: YES if applicable, No for the rest.

Once the information is complete, click Save & Close to save the new employee. The screen will automatically refresh with a creation confirmation message.

Please click on Search to view the departments created.
