Within the Employee Master page, click on the **New Employee** button located on the top right side.
Fill out the form that appears with the information of the employee you are creating.
**Employee Name:** Name of the employee.
**Identity card:** ID number.
**Employee ID:** Internal number of the employee.
**Cutter ID:** Cutter number, if applicable.
**ID Classifier:** Classifier number, if applicable.
**Department:** Assign a work department to which the employee belongs.
**Post Harvest Receiver:** YES if applicable, No for the rest.

Once the information is complete, click **Save & Close** to save the new employee. The screen will automatically refresh with a creation confirmation message.
Please click on **Search** to view the departments created.
