Truck Companies
This module manages the adding and editing of Truck Company within UNOSOF. A truck company is a company that transports goods overland from one place to another.
Managing and Viewing Truck Companies
This is the primary page for creating, editing and viewing Truck Companies.

From this page, you are able to search existing Truck Companies using various filters such as Name, Phone, Email or Status. Clicking the search button will search based on the criteria provided.
Find a truck company using the search bar: type in the company's name or the Trans ID
New Truck Company
Verify if the Truck Company already exists on the list or the status of it ( Truck Company might be just deactivated) before creating a new Truck Company.
To create a new Cargo Agency, click the New Truck Company Button in the upper left corner.
Clicking this button brings up the Truck Company Form
This is where the information of a new Truck Company can be entered. Please note the tabs for Truck Company Indo, Addresses, Contact Info and Accounting/ Notes. Once all information has been entered, hit the save button to save the Truck Company.

The Email field you must add at least 1 character: i.e. @
Accounting / Notes: Fill in the underlined information:
The Active field should be selected. This field also permits to deactivate a Truck Company.
API: Fill in for digital integration with cargo agencies.
Deleting a Truck Company
Because Truck Company information is tied to past exportations and order information, we do not allow the deletion of a Truck Company.
You can change the Status of it from Active to In-Active which removes it from select options in different parts of the site:
Select the Accounting / Notes tab, in the Active section please choose the In-Active option and click Save to in-activate the Truck Company.
When searching in the Manage Truck Company page, the in-activated truck company will be highlighted in red.
