# Minimum Pricing Check

First you have to upload the minimum pricing.

## Checking Minimum Prices in Purchase Orders

To check and approve varieties that have a lower price in the purchase orders than the minimum price uploaded, go to search purchase orders and select the option Minimum Pricing Check from the dropdown menu in the upper right side of the page.

On this page, you will find the details of the purchase order which contains every variety that does not meet the minimum price. Here you can approve the price in order to invoice the PO by checking the field in the Approve column.
