Future Availability Reports
Here we shall explain every report. From some reports, we need to generate some static tables (which decide the offer, the inventory) to make the actual reporting run smooth.
Static Report Results
Please go to: Inventory / View Inventory / Future Availability.
Master applications:
Before running any static report, the following information must exist and/or be managed from Farm level. 1) Process per day % 2) Process Length/Variety % 3) Flor national & safety % 4) Projections (#stems) Once the first 4 steps are managed correctly, run the "Generate Static" table button. That button, shall freeze all the inventory results which decides the OFFER, we manage on farm level. The reason why we freeze that data into a static table, is in order to not re-calculate live every time result based on every request (which, is heavy to run and slow). However, the DEMAND is very dynamic, continuously changing, and thats what we shall pull that data from the Master application.
The following image indicates how we have connected the data, and what are the steps to follow in order to pull correctly the Future Availability Reports from Master.
5) Run the button Generate Static on Farm level applications.
6) Run the button Master Synch on the Master application.
Note that it takes around 10 minutes, when it finishes the message DONE! will show up.
Single applications:
1. Run the button Generate Static on Farm level applications.
Note that it takes around 10 minutes, when it finishes the message DONE! will show up.
Projections vs Production Bruto Report
Choose the report in the select box called: Projections vs Production Bruto.
Step 1) Select the warehouse and the projection week. in our example, we're comparing week 9+0 with the bruto production being received of week 9. If the projection of week 9+1 would have been selected, the comparison shall be made with the bruto production of week 10.
Step 2) Run the report and analyze the result.
Its also possible to compare more in detail the projections via other reports in the same section, feel free to try them all out.
