Customer Form // Contact Info Tab

In this section, any information that can be used to contact the customer is entered, including the customer's email address, phone, mobile, fax, Skype address, etc.

Note that fields with (*) are compulsory in the creation of a customer.

Customer Email Address Information

The following information help to set the mass email sending of different documents from the system itself.

Recommendations:

  • Separate the email addresses with a semicolon (;), for example: customer@gmail.com;customer2@gmail.com;customer3@gmail.com

  • Make sure there is no space at the begging or the end of the information entered.

Invoices Email(*)

Enter all the email addresses that will receive the customer invoice(pdf and/or JSON format). Learn more at: Email Multiple Invoices

Statements Email(*)

Enter all the email addresses that will receive the Customer Statement Balance(PDF format). Learn more at: Send Statements and CustomerAccount Overview.

Availability Email & Skype Address

Enter all the email addresses that will receive the inventory availability. Learn more at: Availability Builder

SRI Email

Enter all the email addresses that will receive the invoice authorized to SRI(pdf and/or JSON format). Learn more at: Email SRI Invoices.

Other Contact Info

Phone: Set the customer's phone number.

Mobile: Set the customer's mobile number.

Fax: Set the customer's fax number.

Farm Code

This field can be used to set the internal customer ID of the farm.
